Narelle Hunter is a Dru Meditation and Yoga teacher creating personal wellbeing programs for business and individuals who live and work in stressful environments. Specialising in stress management. Throughout 2017 Narelle’s intention is to shift community patterns to create healthy workplace and home environments. Narelle offer’s CORPORATE WELLBEING WORKSHOPS in Regional NSW and Sydney. $30pp
Topics include: Creating a Healthy Work Environment by focusing on three key areas – Physical Wellbeing, Mental Wellbeing and Stress Management. A full strategy can be designed to suit your individual business needs including Workplace Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Mindfulness and Meditation practice.
For Pain Management – Sleeplessness – an Energy boost – relief from headaches, tension and stress – Mental Health Wellbeing at home and in the workplace.
Aside from Narelle’s corporate work, one-on-one coaching is available for pain management in hospitals, retirement villages and palliative care, kindly sponsored by our corporate clients. Thanks to corporate support this comforting service is now only $15 per visit for each patient.

I have had the pleasure of attending Nel’s relaxation and mindfulness classes for the past 3 years. She has taught me unconditional acceptance, how to appreciate every moment and the importance of the mind/body connection. I began her classes during chemotherapy treatment for bowel cancer where I benefited from decreased anxiety, improved sleep and overall wellbeing. I continue them to this day as they remind me of what is truly important in life and to slow down and appreciate even the little things when life gets too busy. During the classes we often commented on how we would love to take her home with us and it is wonderful to see that more people will be able to benefit from her gifts.
