Busy doesn’t mean being tense and exhausted. Self care, self worth and a little extra awareness on posture, breath, physical movement, mindfulness and emotional stability makes a world of difference to business productivity and satisfaction.
I am now available in the Young Region for business wellbeing coaching. A great start for your business is the 2 hr introduction workshop 6-8pm for up to 20 participants $30pp. (Wednesday or Thursday evening March/April) I can then offer a follow up proposal suited to your staff needs, including ongoing support such as a lunch time 1/2 hr tension release class, email support, personal yoga therapy training and monthly 1 hr workshops expanding on topics that assisted the wellbeing of your team.
My message is that busy doesn’t have to mean stressed. There are many ways we can combat the impact a successful work environment has on our bodies, nervous system, mental health and digestive system. Simple practices throughout the day, that only take a minute or 2, completely change how you feel at the end of the day.
