‘Personally I have witnessed my own life improve on so many levels thanks to meditation, yoga and mindfulness.  At one stage I was studying both the Dru Meditation and Dru Yoga Teacher Training over a 4 year period. As a mother of four daughters, living 5 hours away from the training Centre in Sydney, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the sense of rush leave my life. Time  appeared to slow down and  I became organised, very productive and able to maintain my energy levels at a high level for months at a time. My natural enjoyment of mindfulness turned into a deep love of the detail of now.

These days I feel an incredibly strong connection to the present moment and the health of my body. Each and every day I feel a sense of wonder for this world we live in. I don’t  have to be on our farm to appreciate how nature is a part of everything. I used to visit Sydney and notice the hustle and bustle, the rush and the pressure. Now it feels like my country lifestyle travels with me and the city is just as stunning as the inland open spaces,’explains Nel.
